Who should have the test?
– Male over 40 years old/ Female over 45 years old
– Those who are at risk such as high cholesterol, smoker
– Having family history of heart disease, diabetes, obesity or hypertension
How to prepare before the test?
Do not drink any caffeine drink, stop smoking 4 hours before the test. During the test, the patient needs to stop breathing for a maximum of 10 seconds
