
Stage 0: Early Warning
Non-invasive cancer, where abnormal cells remain in the breast ducts. No spread detected.
Stage I: Small but Invasive
Tumor is under 2 cm but has started invading breast tissue. No lymph node involvement.
Stage II: Spreading Begins
Tumor grows between 2–5 cm and may reach nearby lymph nodes. Larger tumors (over 5 cm) haven’t yet spread to nodes.
Stage III: Advanced Local Spread
Tumor exceeds 5 cm, spreading to lymph nodes, chest wall, or skin. More aggressive treatment is required.
Stage IV: Full Metastasis
Cancer spreads beyond the breast to vital organs like lungs, bones, liver, or brain. Intensive care is necessary.
