Causes of infertility

  • Hypogonadism.
  • Poor sperm quality/low volume of sperm.
  • Blocked sperm tube.
  • Varicocele.
  • Genetic Diseases.
  • Underlying disease.
  • Hypogonadism.
  • Anovulation.
  • Blocked Fallopian tube or a fascia membrane in the pelvic region.
The Fertility Center is fully equipped and ready to provide treatment with different fertility technologies, including
  • Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
The simplest, least invasive and least expensive form of treatment, IUI involves placing the father’s sperm into the mother’s uterus during her ovulation. A semen sample is processed in the lab to separate good quality sperm from the seminal fluid, maximizing the number of sperm cells that are placed in the uterus and therefore the chances of conception.
  • In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
With IVF, fertilization of the female egg by the male sperm occurs outside the woman’s body. IVF is a breakthrough treatment in cases where other methods have failed to result in a pregnancy. The technique involves hormonally controlling the process of ovulation, removing eggs from the woman’s ovaries and letting sperm fertilize them in a fluid medium. The fertilized egg is then transferred to the woman’s uterus to establish a successful pregnancy.
  • Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)
ICSI is an in vitro fertilization procedure in which a single sperm is injected directly into an egg using micromanipulation, and is generally indicated where there is an extremely low sperm count or poor sperm movement.
  • Testicular Epididymal Sperm Extraction : (TESE)
Testicular biopsy is surgery to separate sperm in the testicle and then proceed to ICSI. This treatment is use in the case of the man with the blocked sperm tube, born without sperm tube or problem of ejaculation.
  • Diagnostic Laparoscopy
    Currently, there are many treatments that can determine the cause of infertility in female. Laparoscopy is the one procedure that Reproductive Medicine often uses to diagnose the source of the following symptoms;
  • Chronic and acute abdominal pain
  • Endometriosis / Ovarian torsion
  • Obstructed Fallopian tubes
  • Pelvic or reproductive organs
