Please forward my compliments to the head of your hospital and department. Dr. Suradej was: Engaging, witty, professional, and spoke to me on my level of expertise. His command of English was excellent and his manner was perfect. Dr. Suradej, was as we say in America, “was just what the doctor ordered” which means he was very good. The professionalism and courtesy put forth by the staff, including the nurses was exemplary. It was a first class visit from start to finish. Thank you to everyone.

I would like to thank you for all the care and the Bangkok & Pattaya Hospital took over myself while I was sick during my vacation in Thailand.

I would especially like to thank Dr Piya Pongbhaesaj, the nurses in CCU and everyone else that took care myself. I have never seen such excellent facilities and the care that you all took of me during my illness.

Upon departure from your hospital unfortunately, I was readmitted to the Bangkok Hospital on 19th October. I eventually made it home on 3rd November and ended up in CCU on 3rd November. I was discharged on 10th November and am making a slow recovery at home.

Your staff, Dr Piya have been excellent and please convey my special thanks to all. The even took the time to help my wife and doughter for which I am extremely grateful.

I am very grateful to Doctor Mukda in that she re-gave me my hearing ability. For the last twelve years I had a complex about my hearing disability and that I could not communicate with my friends or colleagues during social events. But now I am just very happy.

I wanted that the hearing aid would be very small, that’s why a special thank you to Doctor Mukda that she has made my dream come true.

If we would be in Russia we can call you kind of Fairy from the Magic Would. I was pleased to know the Russian lady, Natalia in your Hospital, who is translator here. She helped me as well to make my dream com true. Such a professional kind of translation I have experienced the first time in my life.

And as we say in Russia: “from my heart and I sincerely wish you all the best”. I and my family are living in Sibiria on Baykal Lake, we would be very happy to see you visiting our country and try a fish from Sibirian river.

Most of the nurses mad us and my dad feel that we are not away from home

I stay in 4207 as an attendant for a week and had some pleasant experience from few nurses. Most of the nurses are very good few of them are atterly helpful, friendly, efficient. These nurses are: Prakaidao Konhan, Wingittra Kedrod, Pririn Rordpoeom, Sudarat Thingsuvatid, Suralee Ardrong, Sasitorn Mahasathaporn, Yaowaluck Bannarangsa and Simaporn Meungpen. These sisters mad us and my dad(the patient) feel that we are not away from home. I wish them success and would recommend a 2000 Baht payrise.
