Screening recommended for people who have a family history as follows:

1. A relative having family history with a known BRCA gene mutation.
2. A history of breast cancer in two or more blood relatives, such as your parents, siblings or children.
3. A history of breast cancer three or more blood relatives, such as your grandmother, siblings or aunt.
4. A history of breast cancer before age 40 in two or more blood relatives, such as your parents, siblings or children.
5. A relative having family history of ovarian cancer.
6. A relative having family history of male breast cancer.
