When emergencies happen, every second counts. That’s why Pattaya City, Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, the National Institute for Emergency Medicine (NIEM), and Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation joined forces to launch the “CPR on the Sea” project.
Over 100 boat operators and parasailing staff received Basic Life Support (CPR) and AED training—right in the middle of Pattaya’s sea. Together, they are now prepared to become the “first heroes” ready to save lives during water emergencies.
And this is only the beginning. This December 2025, we will expand the initiative to “CPR on the Beach”, building a Pattaya where everyone—on land, water, or air—can provide timely, life-saving assistance.
We sincerely thank all agencies who partnered with us, and above all, the trainees who stepped forward to be part of this mission. Because for us, safety is at the heart of everything we do.
